Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Trainer/Instructor.
• Possession of all relevant Instructor qualifications.
• Preferably holding NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Instructor Qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse participants.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
