Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical careers coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in the pharmaceutical industry. This role includes:

• Teaching core knowledge in drug development, clinical trials, pharmaceutical research, medication knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
• Guiding students through certification requirements relevant to their career path.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
• Resume review
• Interview preparation
• Salary negotiation
• Freelancing and networking strategy for independent consulting work
• Setting own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually, and partnering with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex scientific and regulatory topics.
