Role Description

The Rankin School of Nursing at St. Francis Xavier University invites applications for a Part-Time Academic Instructor to teach NURS 265 – The Registered Nurse and Evidence-Informed Practice in the Fall 2026 term. This course is delivered through StFX Online – Online Learning & Professional Studies.

• Preparation and delivery of existing course content
• Evaluation of assignments, tests, and examinations
• Grading and timely submission of final grades
• Regular student consultation and student hours

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree with significant experience in the course area
• Relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate level is an asset
