• Stress and stress management
• Group dynamics
• Power and negotiation
• Leadership of change
• Different types of change in various contexts

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in an area directly related to organizational behavior and change in a health care context
• Recent professional experience in the field
• Sound knowledge of issues related to the course area
• Experience in development or delivery of online course content (considered an asset)

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $239.47 (2024-2025) for Teaching
• Academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31
• Rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay
• Retro pay will be provided after the ratification of a new collective agreement
