[Hiring] Online Trainers and Assessors @UNE Partnerships

Role Description

We’re on the lookout for experienced contract Trainers and Assessors to work across one or both of the following qualifications:

• CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
• HLT33021 - Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance

This is a fully remote role – ideal for experienced VET professionals looking to contribute meaningfully without the commitment of face-to-face delivery. Hours are flexible based on assessment volume and student need.

Primarily you will be:

• Marking online assessment submissions, and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Providing additional guidance to students who require support to progress
• Collaborating with our training, administration, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless student experience

Qualifications

• Trainer Credentials (must have one of the following):
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• A higher qualification in adult or vocational education
• Certificate IV or higher in a discipline relevant to the health course being delivered

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in training and assessing on either CHC33021 or HLT33021
• Demonstrated industry experience in a relevant health setting (allied health or primary health care settings are highly regarded)
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (such as Moodle and aXcelerate)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive assessment feedback
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
