[Hiring] Online Polish Teacher @Global LT

Role Description

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for a Polish Language Teacher to provide customized virtual lessons to our clients.

• Individual class for an adult
• Availability: Monday 8 am-8pm, Friday 8 am-4 pm
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 1x a week
• Lesson Duration: 1h
• Current Location/ Time Zone: Warsaw, Poland
• Current target language level: beginner
• Language spoken at home: Italian, English
• Student’s language needs and goals:
  • Learn to communicate in everyday situations
  • Ask for help in emergencies
  • Shop confidently at grocery stores
  • Focus on listening comprehension strategies
  • Learn common phrases used in everyday situations
  • Engage in real conversations to build fluency
  • Acquire vocabulary for safety and emergency situations
  • Communicate effectively during medical visits
  • Discover techniques to accelerate language learning
  • Feel confident using public transportation
  • Build meaningful social connections through language
• Additional information: Interested in Sports (mainly football), LEGO, Manga comics

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of Polish teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
