Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced no-code development coach to work with students building apps, websites, and automated workflows without traditional programming. This role includes:

• Teaching app development and web development using no-code and low-code platforms
• Guiding students through workflow automation tools
• Helping students build practical skills through hands-on projects
• Supporting students pursuing independent work, including freelancing and no-code development strategy

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience building with no-code tools
• Prior teaching or coaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down technical concepts for non-technical learners

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
