We are looking for a dynamic MCAT Specialist – Video Lecturer with deep familiarity across the full MCAT landscape who can translate complex, multidisciplinary concepts into thoughtful, impactful instruction. This role is ideal for experienced MCAT educators who thrive on camera, enjoy connecting with learners, and want to contribute to high-quality content that supports students nationwide.

Deliver engaging, on-camera lessons covering MCAT content, strategy, and test-taking skills across all four sections (CARS, C/P, B/B, P/S).

Complete filming on schedule and meet project deadlines.

Work with our curriculum and production teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with AAMC-style content and current exam trends.

Review and refine the provided scripts, slides, and practice problems to make lessons rigorous yet approachable for a wide range of student levels.

Incorporate student-friendly teaching strategies, mnemonics, timing techniques, and real-world examples to bring MCAT prep to life.

Translate firsthand tutoring insights into broadly applicable lessons that anticipate common student misconceptions and pitfalls.

Collaborate with editors and producers to create polished, professional video content.

Meet production timelines while remaining open to creative feedback and iterative improvement.
Qualifications

Strong personal MCAT performance and demonstrated mastery of the exam's content, structure, and strategy; Minimum MCAT score of 515 within the last 5 years (proof of score required).

At least 3 years of experience teaching or tutoring students preparing for the MCAT, with a track record of helping students improve their scores.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master's, MD, PhD, or current medical/graduate student) in a science or health-related field strongly preferred.

Strong ability to explain complex, cross-disciplinary topics in a concise, approachable way.

Comfortable teaching to a virtual audience with energy, enthusiasm, and clarity.

Ability to work with a creative team and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with digital tools (Google Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote) and willingness to learn production workflows.
