Teach in a truly personalized way β one student at a time.

Differentiating and personalizing academic instruction and supporting social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.

Qualifications
-
Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.

Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of Math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards β curriculum and resources provided.

Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.

Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Fusion Global Academy teachers are required to maintain a minimum of 24 hours of availability paired across Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday. Friday hours are also encouraged.

All Fusion Academy employees must maintain physical residence in one of the above mentioned states.
