Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced master's programs admissions coach to work with applicants preparing to apply to graduate school. This role includes:

• Helping clients with school selection and application strategy
• Developing and editing essays
• Refining resumes
• Preparing clients for interviews
• Guiding letters of recommendation
• Navigating financial aid & scholarships, secondary review, and waitlist strategy
• Supporting general exploration for clients still narrowing down their program or path

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience with the graduate admissions process
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
