Now Hiring: Remote Litigation Personal Injury Trainer (International Candidates Only)

Are you an experienced personal injury litigation professional with a passion for developing others? We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Litigation Personal Injury Trainer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for international candidates with extensive experience supporting U.S. personal injury litigation.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Onboarding and training litigation team members
• Improving staff performance
• Maintaining training systems
• Ensuring consistency in litigation workflows, case handling, and client communication

You will play a key role in building a skilled, confident, and high-performing litigation team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury litigation
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising litigation staff is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the litigation process from filing through trial preparation and settlement
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, medical records, document management, court filings, trial preparation, and litigation deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
• Comfortable using case management software and remote collaboration tools
• Passion for developing and supporting high-performing litigation teams

Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States
• Must have prior U.S. personal injury litigation experience
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office
• Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
