Your role will be to provide support, guidance, and motivation to our clients, helping them to overcome obstacles and reach their goals.

• Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to identify their needs and goals
• Assist clients in creating personalized action plans to achieve their objectives
• Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients
• Help clients overcome limiting beliefs and develop a growth mindset
• Utilize a variety of coaching techniques to help clients reach their full potential
• Stay current on industry trends and provide advice to clients on how to succeed in the real estate market
• Collaborate with other team members to create innovative coaching programs and strategies
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote our coaching services and expand our client base

Requirements

• Certification in coaching or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in coaching or personal development
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to take action and achieve their goals
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
