Role Description

The Learning Solutions Specialist for TopDog Law is a full-time role reporting to the Learning Solutions Manager. This position supports the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the organization. This individual plays a key role in onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing development initiatives for our operations and law firm teams. The role blends facilitation, content creation, learning technology administration, and employee communication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.

• Available to work a flexible schedule that aligns with the business needs
• Example Monday - Friday 6 am Guatemala/7 am Central Time to 3 pm Guatemala/4 pm Central or longer if deadlines are approaching

Requirements

• Deliver virtual and live (in-person) training sessions that promote engagement, comprehension, and application of knowledge
• Facilitate onboarding experiences and role-specific programs that build employee confidence and readiness
• Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to support the development and execution of learning programs
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials across multiple formats
• Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop and deliver clear, concise employee-facing communication related to training programs, updates, and learning initiatives
• Support the measurement of learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
• Stay current on learning trends, tools, and best practices
