Role Description
The Learning Experience Designer at Recorded Future focuses on creating high quality user education that builds Platform engagement. Working closely with SMEs, you will translate cybersecurity concepts into clear, practical learning experiences. In this role, you will develop end-to-end instructional content, from videos to interactive modules, that helps users not only master the Recorded Future Platform but successfully apply it in their daily jobs.
What Youβll Do:

Instructional Design and Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to distill complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging content and role-specific scenarios for all users of the Recorded Future Platform.

Craft SMART learning objectives and effective assessments aligned with industry frameworks (i.e. NICE) that drive measurable performance outcomes, ensuring training is practical and applicable to the learners' daily tasks.

Leverage proven instructional design models (ADDIE / SAM / Blooms / Design Thinking) to analyze learner needs and structure sound and visually engaging learning solutions.

Content Delivery and Project Management:

Consistently deliver courses on schedule, aligned with program timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and effective enablement.

Proactively maintain and enhance training content to reflect evolving product capabilities and emerging customer needs, ensuring every asset remains current and relevant to current workflows.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables by performing thorough quality checks and peer reviews to ensure error-free and professional learning experiences.
Qualifications

Ability to rapidly create a storyboard from raw SME data, including the use of interactions, knowledge checks, videos, and images to design interactive, visually compelling, and instructionally sound eLearning experiences.

Expertise with Articulate Rise.

Proficiency using Camtasia for media production and editing (audio and video) to enhance learner engagement and elevate the overall quality of instructional content.

Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles, ensuring learning experiences are technically accurate and relevant.

Instructional Design certificate recently earned or in progress, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development and mastery of learning design principles.

Experience in end-to-end content development with a track record of delivering clear, impactful, and professional learning programs.
Requirements

Prior experience in learning management system (LMS) administration, with a strong understanding of platform functionality, learning analytics, and content development workflows.
