[Hiring] Learning & Development Specialist @BCD

Role Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful training programs, shaping employee capabilities, and driving business success through learning.

• Deliver engaging training sessions across business travel operations, systems, and soft skills
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and cultural alignment
• Mentor new employees throughout their learning journey
• Adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning objectives
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple L&D projects within agreed timelines
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Routinely observe individuals performing their jobs to help identify learning and potential process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering training (technical and soft skills)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, ideally in the travel industry
• Service excellence, both in their interactions, delivery and in the ability to relate these concepts to course participants
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency on GDS (Amadeus) - Mandatory

Requirements

• Prior experience with any Travel Management Company (Required)
• SME Experience working with Excel, a LMS, social learning platforms
• Experience in blended learning solutions (formal, informal, eLearning, self-directed, social, etc.)
