• Conducting thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, etc.
• Developing instructionally sound, creative, and high quality learning solutions with high impact results that leave a lasting effect.
• Leveraging modern learning technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to design, develop, and implement behavior change solutions.
• Managing senior leader stakeholders and aligning on vision, outcomes, and expectations.
• Managing projects: delivering on time, on budget, and with unparalleled quality standards.
• Implementing organizational changes that come with large-scale transformations at Fortune 100 companies.
• Working with clients to re-tool and re-skill their people, so they support the new way of doing business.

Qualifications

• A college degree from a 4-year college.
• Typically, 5-10 years external learning and development consulting / training or instructional design experience.
• Advanced level experience in instructional design principles and best practices.
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions that combine instructor-led, digital, social, experiential, and performance support approaches.
• Superior business/technical writing and editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and data analytics skills.
• Significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization, particularly senior leaders at large organizations.
• Passion for collaborating and supporting internal and client team members.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data, learner insights, and business metrics to inform solution design and measure impact.
• Comfort working alongside technical teams and advising clients on practical applications of AI, automation, analytics, and digital learning ecosystems.

Requirements

• Professional certification (PMP, CLP, CPLP, CHRP) related to project management, change management, learning, or human resource management is beneficial.
• Experience in the following areas is beneficial:
• Vision alignment and learning needs analysis.
• Persona design.
• Competency design.
• Program and curriculum design.
• Blended learning experience design and development.
• ERP or similar technology implementation training experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Palantir).
• eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Data analytics and dashboard development.
• AI-enabled learning solution design and prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, low-code/no-code development, or AI-assisted solution development.
• Big 4 Consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Benefits

• $65 - $75 an hour.
