Role Description

Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development professional who is organised, user-focused and confident supporting our staff team and mission partners? This role offers the opportunity to help build and improve L&D provision, with scope to take on greater responsibility over time.

As the L&D Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in translating our L&D approach into accessible, engaging, and practical learning opportunities for our staff and mission partners worldwide. You will:

• Coordinate and deliver learning activities
• Provide practical L&D advice to managers and individuals
• Optimise our digital learning systems
• Support key programs like Equipped for Excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development
• Strong organisational skills
• User-focused approach
• Confidence in supporting staff and mission partners

Requirements

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Permanent position
