Role Description

The ESP Group are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Associate to join our contact centre team on a full time, permanent basis.

If you have excellent communication and administration skills, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Learning & Development Associate you will be a subject matter expert in all fields of learning, development and quality assurance. As part of our highly skilled Support team, you will:

• Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams
• Deliver into business objectives including design, delivery and evaluation of training and continuous development programmes

The right person for this role must be enthusiastic, positive, engaging and supportive, with a genuine desire to develop people and collaborate across disciplines to create strong partnerships and promote a positive learning environment for all.

We recognise the importance of a work-life balance so offer flexible working patterns across 7 days between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

At the outset, you will be provided with extensive training, a vibrant working environment and a warm welcome to our dedicated team.
