[Hiring] Leadership Development Mentor @Your Liberating Journey

Role Description

Sometimes self-development is simply sitting down, deciding what you actually want, and working towards it. Most people don't do that often, and most never get asked the question properly. This role is about asking it.

Have one-on-one conversations by phone or Zoom with people who want to grow, help them get clear on what they want, and figure out together which program fits. You'll go through the programs yourself first, so you speak from experience, not a script.

At least 10 to 15 hours per week. Independent contractor. No set salary. Remote and flexible. Training and mentorship included.

Responsibilities

• Guide people through honest conversations about their goals and next steps
• Share information about personal leadership programs and events
• Manage your own CRM, workflow and priorities
• Take part in training and your own development

Qualifications

• People with a background in coaching, HR, teaching, consulting or leadership
• Anyone who has done serious personal growth work and wants to pass it on
• Good listeners who want to build something for the long term

Requirements

• Not therapy
• Not a coaching job with a client list handed to you
• Not for anyone who needs a set salary or a structured 9-to-5

How the process works

• I receive your application and resume.
• I give you a call for a short introduction. I'd rather hear from you as a person than read a cover letter.
• If there's a potential fit, I'll send you information to go over in your own time.
• We schedule a second Zoom to go over the details and decide if we want to work together.
• Get started. Or not ;)
