Role Description

The Butte County Office of Education (BCOE) is seeking candidates for a teaching position. The role requires a valid and unexpired Clear California Teaching Credential based on a bachelor’s degree and student teaching, including one of the following:

• Multiple Subject
• Single Subject (any subject area)
• Education Specialist (any disability category)

Intern credentials, Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (CTE) and Adult Education Teaching Credentials, permits, and waivers are not acceptable for this position.

• Copy of Transcript
• Credential Copy (Copy of credential from the CTC website: CTC Lookup )
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three letters of recommendation required, current letters preferred)
• Resume

Requirements

• FINGERPRINTING FOR CONDUCTING A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION IS REQUIRED and completed upon offer of employment
• To comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all new employees must provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States
