Role Description

The Educational Program Lead will lead the execution of Bhumi's education interventions in Shelter homes under the Bhumi Clubs initiative. The role demands a balance of volunteer engagement and team leadership to deliver impactful, scalable, and sustainable educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field or a fellowship
• Minimum 2 years of volunteering experience and community engagement

Requirements

• Ensure quality education programme delivery in Shelters through structured interventions and effective implementation
• Maximise learning outcomes of students in Shelter homes in English, Maths, STEM
• Improve volunteer retention and develop volunteer leadership to strengthen programme ownership
• Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the plan, track and follow up on project milestones and achieve programmatic goals in a timely manner
