Role Description

Our US client is seeking a dedicated, creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Education team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing lessons, activities, and whole curriculums for our clients. The successful candidate will be excited about creating the best possible content that educates students with cutting-edge and relevant learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development for K-12 students
• Experience with STEM, CTE and career education curriculum writing or teaching

Requirements

• Experience designing instructional content for K-12 education
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, with attention to detail and clarity
• High-quality research skills
• Skilled in creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences for diverse learners
• Familiarity with STEM, CTE, or career education content
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
• Professional communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction
• Able to take feedback constructively and apply it to work
