Role Description
As an Instructional Designer on the Customer Education & Enablement team, you’ll design and build learning experiences that help users understand our software quickly and start using it like seasoned pros. This role centers around translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content that supports both onboarding and ongoing adoption.

Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets, interactive modules, video walkthroughs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources focused on product knowledge and best practices.

Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success to identify learning needs and turn them into well-structured material.

Improve content quality and consistency over time. When the product evolves, your training will evolve with it.

Help shape the learning strategy. Recommend delivery formats, sequencing, and content frameworks that make learning stick.

Contribute to team tooling and organization inside our LMS to keep everything discoverable and easy to consume.
Qualifications

3 or more years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or other technical software environments.

Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches.

Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (for example: Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or comparable tools).

Ability to simplify complexity. You communicate ideas clearly and visually with smooth flow and minimal jargon.

Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality.

Curiosity about how people learn and motivation to keep improving the experience.

Nice to have, but not required: familiarity working with a claims platform or other operations-heavy enterprise software.
