Role Description

We are looking for a passionate, emotionally intelligent, and experienced Holistic Life & Wellness Coach to join Team Luke. This role requires deep emotional sensitivity, scientific understanding, strong communication, and the ability to guide clients on their healing journey with compassion, structure, and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum average of 4–5 impactful one-on-one coaching sessions per day (video-based unless the client prefers otherwise).
• Has an understanding of our six pillars of Holistic and is willing to work integratively with other team members that are involved with the client, such as the nutritionist.
• Create and maintain clear, descriptive post-session summaries for each client, capturing emotional insights, limiting beliefs, breakthroughs, and next action steps for both coach and client to refer back to.
• Help clients identify and reframe limiting beliefs and navigate unresolved emotional baggage.
• Maintain monthly data reports on client progress, feedback, and engagement.
• Use deep powerful coaching questions to guide conversations towards insight and transformation.
• Offer structured emotional health coaching using evidence-based techniques.
• Hold space with deep compassion, empathy, and presence.
• Educate and empower clients with tools to enhance self-awareness, self-regulation, and nervous system resilience.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment in care and support strategy.
• Contribute to social media content for Team Luke’s platforms to invite aligned leads, share valuable emotional wellness insights, and build community trust.
• Stay updated with what Team Luke has been speaking on social media and current research and trends in integrative wellness and emotional health.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2–3 years of experience, OR 300–500 coaching hours completed, OR 40–75 individual client cases handled, in coaching, wellness, or emotional health support (preferably client-facing roles).
• Certified in Life Coaching or Wellness Coaching through ICF or another internationally/locally recognized body.
• Added advantage if trained in CBT, NLP, trauma-informed approaches, somatic work, or inner child healing.
• Background in integrative health, psychology, or emotional healing work is highly valued.
• Experience working with clients from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the mind-body connection, especially how emotions affect physical health, stress, and disease recovery.
• Proven ability to work with emotional regulation, self-worth, discipline, consistency, fears, and belief system rewiring.
• Skilled in holding trauma-sensitive space while steering clients toward progress.
• High endurance, structure, and discipline to manage multiple coaching sessions daily.
• Strong written communication skills – especially the ability to document and synthesize client sessions clearly and accurately.
• Good verbal communication – listening deeply, reflecting clearly, and questioning insightfully.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian regional languages is a significant plus.
• Comfortable and professional in video call formats.
• Data-friendly – able to track and report session outcomes consistently.
• Must embody the principles of holistic health in their own lifestyle – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
• Compassionate, curious, and genuinely invested in a client’s transformation and growth.
• Comfortable creating basic social media content (writing captions, short video snippets, or sharing insights).
• Adaptable to varied client temperaments – from highly structured achievers to emotionally vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching and support team ecosystem.
