Role Description

Gaggle has been supporting student safety and well-being for over 25 years. We partner with school districts across the country to provide virtual coaching services to K-12 students and school staff. With no out-of-pocket expenses to clients, we are able to make support accessible to clients regardless of their location or ability to pay.

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients
• Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns
• Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals around everyday challenges and in the areas where they might feel stuck

Qualifications

• Coaching Certification
• Bachelor's in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students
• Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
• Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
• Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured

Requirements

• Bilingual (preferred)
• Experience providing virtual coaching (preferred)
