[Hiring] Full Time Faculty - Assistant or Associate Professor of Strategy/Change Management (Business Administration) @UMass Global

Role Description

The School of Business & Professional Studies at the University of Massachusetts Global is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community starting August 1, 2026. This full-time appointment is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level, with consideration for Associate Professor based on experience.

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in the Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Human Resources programs.
• Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
• Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.
• Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership.
• Other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Strategy, Change Management, or other closely related field.
• Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.
• Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
• Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.
• Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.
• Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.
• Must reside in the United States.
