Role Description
The School of Business & Professional Studies at the University of Massachusetts Global is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community starting August 1, 2026. This full-time appointment is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level, with consideration for Associate Professor based on experience.

Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in the Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Human Resources programs.

Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.

Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.

Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership.

Other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean.
Qualifications

Doctorate in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Strategy, Change Management, or other closely related field.

Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.

Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.

Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.

Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.

Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.

Must reside in the United States.

Salary: $89,590 - $105,400 annually.
