Role Description

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. The Remote Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) role is built for BCBAs who are passionate about mentorship, clinical coaching, and developing the next generation of behavior analysts.

• Help Case Supervisors (practicum/fieldwork students) grow into confident, thoughtful, and well-prepared future BCBAs.
• Provide hands-on supervision, structured feedback, and real-time clinical coaching.
• This is a remote role, with an ask of travel to AZ to help support in-person.
• An ideal candidate would travel to AZ 5-8 days per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• LBA in Arizona.
• Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• A mission-driven nature that is deeply focused on care quality for kids.
• Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.
• Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.

Requirements

• Coach and mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision-making skills, with a focus on BCBA exam preparation and role readiness.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision focused on Case Supervisor coaching and development for the clients on their caseload.
• Hold a small caseload of clients, as needed, depending on the Case Supervisor staffing at the center.
• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided, ESDM experience not required).
• Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role.
