Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-stakes or complex initiatives.

Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.

Drive innovation in instructional design, implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation.

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.

Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.

Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.

Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.

Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.

Facilitate course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
-
5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development
-
Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques, principles, models and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate)

Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.

Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
