Role Description
Nakupuna Services is seeking two (2) Training/Access Management Facilitators to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Database Sustainment Specialist (DSS) Support contract in the planning, development, coordination, and execution of enterprise DMLSS LogiCole FM training and user access management activities. Support the DHA DMLSS/LogiCole Program Manager and the Training and Access Management Manager for DHA Facilities Enterprise (FE)/ Real Property Management (RPM). Incumbent will coordinate and provide recommendations on guidance, coordination, and support to DHAβs DMLSS/LogiCole program.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing a training program with core material and training metrics to support DHA training requirements.

Assist in the development of standardized methodology for entering data into various Modules of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support β Facility Management (DMLSS-FM) and LogiCole system.

Develop education and training materials and evaluation methodologies for super-users and/or end-users, based on needs analysis and performance goals.

Implement new and/or updated training procedures, policies, and regulations.

Provide comprehensive classroom, on-site or web-based education, training, transition assistance, documentation, and business process conversions to DHA MSCs and MTFs designated by the DHA POC.

Provide recommendations for the DMLSS-FM Implementation Plan that supports activation of DMLSS-FM or future LogiCole and other system enhancements following Operational, Test and Evaluation (OT&E) approval for full deployment.

Prepare and provide instructional DMLSS seminars and professional training presentations in audio/visual formats relating to proper facility care, standards, operations and maintenance.

Develop and provide training for BUILDER interface to DMLSS/LogiCole.

Establish standards and best practices to support data transition and integration between DMLSS/LogiCole and BUILDER.

Assist with technical input to ensure continuous DMLSS-FM implementation and integration between DMLSS, BUILDER, and other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Develop, update, and assist comprehensive Business Objects / Business Intelligence reports to support DMLSS-FM utilization.

Attend various working groups and committees; provide meeting minutes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Incumbent required to travel 10-25% of the time.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of Five (5) years DMLSS-FM experience.
-
Three (3) years of experience in medical facility management or related field.

One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and methods and techniques of instruction.

Requires an understanding of the DMLSS-FM/LogiCole systems, including knowledge of other related CAFM/CMMS systems.

Working knowledge of DoD administrative policies, regulations, precedents and planning guidelines, and processes.

Possess an active favorable NACI.

Education
-
Level I Minimum Requirement: One year of specialized DMLSS LogiCole FM instructional experience demonstrating knowledge of training methods and techniques.

Five years of Microsoft Office experience required. Experience may substitute for formal education requirements.

Preferred: Bachelorβs degree in related discipline with three years of DoD experience and three (3) years of DMLSS LogiCole FM experience.
Location
Remote with minimal required travel to Military Treatment Facilities across CONUS/OCONUS based on training schedules and DHA tasking.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) investigation.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
