• Teaching core skills in dental cleanings, patient care, and oral health education.
• Guiding clients through certification requirements.
• Supporting clients on the career side, offering resume review and interview preparation.
• Providing networking strategy and salary negotiation tailored to dental hygiene roles.

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience as a dental hygienist or in dental education (as a practicing hygienist, clinical instructor, or industry professional).
• A strong understanding of patient care best practices.
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
