Role Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Delivery Tutor to join our Seetec Training team. In this rewarding role, you'll inspire and support learners through high quality apprenticeship and commercial training programmes, helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed in their careers.

As a Delivery Tutor, you'll:

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
• Guide learners throughout their journey, setting SMART targets, providing constructive feedback, assessing work, and preparing individuals for Gateway and End Point Assessments (EPA).
• Work closely with employers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure training remains relevant, learner-focused, and aligned to industry needs.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance while creating an outstanding learning experience that drives achievement and success.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering apprenticeship and/or commercial training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessment processes.
• Ability to demonstrate occupational competence within the subject area.
• Experience supporting learners to achieve successful outcomes and progression.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and learner engagement skills.
• Strong IT skills, including experience using online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.

Requirements

• Level 4/5 Subject Specialist qualification (or working towards).
• Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1).
