[Hiring] Data Analytics Career Coach @Initio Studios

Role Description

We are building a network of independent career coaches who can help ambitious candidates pursue data analytics, SQL assessments, dashboard portfolios, analytics case interviews, business intelligence roles, and data-driven job-search strategy opportunities with more focus, preparation, and confidence.

This is a remote contract role paying $50-$100 per hour. You can accept as many or as few candidates as you would like, based on your availability and fit.

What you will do

• Help candidates build a practical job-search strategy, including role targeting, positioning, outreach, and application prioritization.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, case discussions, technical screens, take-home assignments, modeling tests, written exercises, and other assessment steps.
• Develop, adjust, and tailor your own coaching curriculum based on your background, the candidate's goals, and the realities of the roles they are pursuing.
• Make thoughtful introductions to qualified candidates within your network when appropriate.

Qualifications

• You are self-starting, independent, organized, and comfortable operating without a rigid script.
• You have strong interpersonal judgment and communicate clearly.
• You can help candidates turn ambition into a concrete search process.
• The best fit is someone who has real experience in or around the target role area.
• You enjoy helping candidates sharpen their story, prepare for high-stakes conversations, and navigate ambiguity with discipline.
