Role Description
OWT Global LLC is seeking one (1) Curriculum Integration Specialist to ensure all training products, Programs of Instruction, and learning materials remain current, consistent, and effectively integrated across MTT, JCU Cadre, and NCR training efforts. This role bridges curriculum development, instructional delivery, and operational feedback.
Key Responsibilities

Integrate and maintain curriculum consistency across all training lines of effort.

Review, update, and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) and training materials.

Incorporate operational feedback and lessons learned into curriculum products.

Coordinate with instructors, cadre, and the Synchronization Cell to ensure training content remains relevant.

Support the development of new training modules and the refinement of existing ones.

Ensure curriculum products meet applicable standards and contractual requirements.

Maintain version control and configuration of all training documentation.

Provide subject matter input to leadership on curriculum effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related field (Masterโs preferred).

Experience with ISD/ADDIE models and military POI development.

Minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.

Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.

Experience supporting military or DoD training programs.
Desired Skills & Experience

Strong technical writing and configuration management skills.

Ability to synthesize operational feedback into actionable curriculum updates.

Familiarity with Mobile Training Team and distributed training environments.
