Role Description

The Curriculum Design and Development Specialist creates and manages engaging learning programs, both online and instructor-led, by partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop solutions that improve employee performance and support business objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs and training materials (virtual, instructor-led, and eLearning).
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create effective learning solutions.
• Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop online learning content using course authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Continuously improve training content to support employee performance and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials and learning programs.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
