Role Description

• Design/develop script storyboards
• Develop courseware and supporting documents
• Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
• Travel to Navy schoolhouses as required

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 0-4 years of courseware development experience
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks; flexible with work assignments
• Ability to work well with a multitude of personalities
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Prior Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) development (preferred)
• USN Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Instructor Experience analyzing existing training documentation in support of large training programs (preferred)
• Experience with USN training product standards and Instructional Systems Design process (preferred)
• Courseware development experience with Adobe Captivate or similar tool (preferred)
• Courseware development experience with AIM II or CPM/LOM (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
