[Hiring] Consultant (Category B) Development of Training Package on Remediation of Migrant Worker Grievances for the Private Sector @IOM

Role Description

The consultant will develop a comprehensive, interactive training package for private sector companies on remediation of migrant worker grievances, based primarily on IOM's Operational Guidelines for Businesses on Remediation of Migrant Worker Grievances and supplemented by the Handbook for Businesses on Remediation of Migrant Worker Grievances.

• Review and map existing learning resources available within IOM and externally.
• Develop a complete training package incorporating adult learning methodologies, practical exercises, case studies, supporting facilitator resources, and knowledge assessment tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing training materials and packages.
• Knowledge of migrant worker grievances and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies.
• Strong analytical and mapping skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with private sector audiences.
