[Hiring] Clinical Supervision Trainer and Implementation Lead @Change Grow Live

Role Description

Would you like to help give our frontline staff a regular, protected space to reflect on their practice and grow in their work? We’re looking for two people to help bring reflective clinical supervision to all frontline staff across CGL’s adult drug and alcohol services, using CGL’s own clinical supervision framework.

This is more than a training role. It isn’t about delivering the training and leaving. You’ll work alongside services mobilising an integrated implementation plan with each one:

• Getting to know them through engagement, readiness assessment and collaborative planning
• Training their clinical supervisors
• Facilitating reflective practice as supervision takes hold
• Evaluating what’s changed
• Handing over to local leads so it lasts

You’ll be part of a national programme that is changing how we care for our staff, so they can care well for the people we support.

You’ll bring skills in psychosocial interventions, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed practice, along with the ability to lead change and work alongside services to make it stick.

Benefits

• Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 36 to 40 (£40,889.21 - £45,583.51)
• ILW / OLW / Fringe: N/A - Outside London Weighting Area
