[Hiring] Clinical Content and Design Specialist @Ingeus UK

Role Description

We're looking for a content and design specialist to join our dynamic Learning and Development team within the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). In this remote role, you'll design and develop impactful clinical training materials that support Functional Assessors and ensure consistency in service delivery, within the PIP side of the contract.

Reporting to the Clinical Content and Design Lead, you'll transform complex clinical concepts into clear, engaging learning resources:

• E-learning modules
• Case studies
• Facilitator-led training
• Competency assessments

You'll collaborate with clinical peers, research evidence-based guidance, and contribute to the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Qualifications

• HCPC, NMC or GMC registration with no restrictions
• At least 12 months post-graduation experience

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PIP and current approval from the Secretary of State is essential
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Experience in clinical authorship, training delivery, or guidance development (desirable)
