Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced Climate Tech & Sustainability Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles. This role includes:

• Teaching core climate consulting skills
• Corporate sustainability
• Sustainable supply chain & operations
• Helping clients navigate climate policy & regulations
• Assisting with funding & grants for climate-focused work
• Offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Providing behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles
• Supporting clients with networking strategy and salary negotiation

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy (as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional)
• A strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
