Role Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients.

We are looking for an accomplished Chemistry Faculty with 10–25 years of teaching experience to mentor students preparing for India's most competitive entrance examinations, JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, possesses exceptional subject expertise, and has a proven track record of producing top-performing students. This role requires the ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts, inspire learners, and create a result-oriented academic environment.

As a senior faculty member, you will play a key role in:

• Curriculum planning
• Content development
• Mentoring students
• Continuously improving teaching methodologies

You will work closely with academic leadership to maintain high educational standards and contribute to the overall academic success of the institution.

Qualifications

• Extensive teaching experience for JEE (Main & Advanced) preparation
• Strong expertise in NEET Chemistry coaching
• Exceptional command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
• Proven ability to improve student performance and produce high-ranking results
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in preparing exam-oriented content, assessments, and question banks
• Ability to mentor students with varying academic abilities
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning

Requirements

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage
• Experience teaching in reputed coaching institutes or educational organizations
• Familiarity with digital teaching platforms, smart classrooms, and online learning tools
• Experience in curriculum design and faculty mentoring is preferred

• 10–25 years of relevant experience in teaching Chemistry for JEE and NEET aspirants

Salary and Location

• Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 12-20 LPA)
