Role Description

We provide high-quality ABA services that help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

• Start In Person. Grow Into Virtual Opportunities.
• Looking for CBTs who are willing to begin with an in-person home or school-based client in their area.
• Opportunities to transition into hybrid or virtual services as those cases become available.

Current Opportunity

• Location: Washington State
• Starting Setting: In-home and/or school-based
• In-Person Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
• Virtual Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align.
• Future Opportunity: Hybrid and virtual services as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation for in-person services
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Willingness to begin with in-person services
• Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to client care

Requirements

• Previous telehealth ABA experience (Preferred)
• Previous in-home or school-based ABA experience (Preferred)
• Two or more years of experience working with children (Preferred)
• Interest in hybrid or virtual ABA services (Preferred)
