Role Description

This role involves supporting students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.

• Host a live, one-hour workshop (seminar-style) for students
• Receive $50 for each workshop
• Ability to acquire private business and receive exclusive coaching offers
• Provide value, answer questions, and showcase expertise during workshops
• Keep coaching revenue from 1:1 sessions if students choose to book
• Set your own availability and working hours
• No requirement to convert students; workshops are paid regardless

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in the field
• Interest in mentoring and helping career changers
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable running your own workshops

Compensation

• $50 per one-hour workshop (guaranteed)
• Unlimited upside from 1:1 coaching sessions you convert
