[Hiring] Business Operations Trainer @Natera

Role Description

The Business Operations Trainer will design training programs for new hires and existing team members. Training will include:

• New hire training
• Cross-training into new products/functions
• Refresher training to help address areas that require further focus

The trainer is responsible for:

• Developing training material
• Facilitating training
• Conducting readiness assessments
• Coordinating with the Operations team on trainee readiness and additional training needs

To be successful, the trainer must be observant and possess excellent analytical skills. Innovative and alternative teaching methods will be used to ensure engagement across trainees and prepare agents for new roles and responsibilities. The focus of this role will initially be on data entry and reporting functions utilized across business units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• At least 2 years experience designing and delivering training programs in a live or virtual setting required
• Experience developing eLearning strongly preferred
• Knowledge of and experience using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline strongly preferred

Requirements

• Develop new or update existing training material to meet new hire and continuous training needs
• Utilize different tools to deliver training, including Google Suite, eLearning platforms (Articulate Storyline, Rise), videos, and engagement tools
• Facilitate training on functional content for both new hire training and skills enhancement training
• Evaluate training effectiveness and share feedback to identify improvements
• Maintain an active list of training delivered and track training needs by team and individual
• Partner with team Management and Leadership to assess team member productivity, quality, and accuracy
• Ensure proficiency in function processes and stay updated on changes
• Complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and Security training within the first 30 days of hire
• Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
