VARITE is looking for qualified Bilingual Adobe Workfront Learning Delivery Instructor (Remote).
Job Title: Bilingual Adobe Workfront Learning Delivery Instructor
Location: Quebec, Canada (Open to candidates located anywhere in Canada)
Contract Duration: 24-month contract potential to convert into full time
Pay Rate Range: CAD$140 - CAD$147.05/hr. on T4
Work Authorization: Only Canadian Citizen or PR
What You'll Do

Deliver instructor-led Workfront training in both English and French through virtual, classroom, and customer onsite formats.

Deliver training to a variety of audiences, including:

Technical professionals

Explain complex Workfront functionality clearly and connect platform capabilities to practical customer use cases and business processes.

Cross-train on Content Supply Chain (CSC) offerings and support delivery of additional Premium Learning programs as needed.

Lead product demonstrations, hands-on exercises, guided labs, workshops, and scenario-based learning activities.
-
Prepare for each engagement by reviewing course materials, customer requirements, system configurations, and participant profiles.

Adapt standard training materials and delivery approaches to address customer workflows, terminology, maturity levels, and learning objectives.

Support role-based learning programs, cohort learning experiences, master classes, private training events, and other Premium Learning offerings.

Provide instruction on Workfront Fusion concepts and Workfront Planning concepts.

Maintain current knowledge of Workfront product capabilities, releases, user-interface changes, and recommended practices.

Identify learner challenges, answer product questions, and provide accurate guidance while maintaining the defined scope of the training engagement.

Partner with curriculum developers, program managers, delivery managers, and subject-matter experts to improve course materials and learner experiences.

Participate in instructor-readiness sessions, course pilots, content reviews, and train-the-trainer activities as needed.

Collect and communicate learner feedback, product questions, content gaps, and recommended course improvements.

Complete required administrative activities, including attendance tracking, course evaluations, delivery reporting, and engagement documentation.

Travel within Canada or internationally for customer engagements when required.
Qualifications

Professional fluency in both French and English.
-
Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Workfront across multiple functional areas.
-
Demonstrated experience with Workfront system administration, project management, task management, request queues, custom forms, reporting, dashboards, templates, approvals, resource management, and user configuration.

Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront Planning.
-
Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront Fusion.
-
Experience delivering software, technical, or enterprise-application training to adult learners.
-
Strong presentation, facilitation, classroom-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Ability to adjust instruction for learners with different roles and technical abilities.
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in live learning environments.
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a geographically distributed team.

Strong organizational skills.
-
Professional presence and the ability to represent the Premium Learning Delivery Team during customer-facing engagements.

Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate professional environment for virtual delivery.

Ability and willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Five or more years of experience working with Adobe Workfront.
-
Two or more years of experience delivering instructor-led technical training.
-
Experience teaching Workfront Fusion or developing Fusion automations.

Experience implementing or teaching Workfront Planning.
-
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex global organizations.
-
Experience delivering training in both virtual and in-person environments.
-
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
-
Experience developing or adapting course materials, demonstrations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
-
Knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional design practices.

Experience with cohort-based learning, workshops, master classes, or role-based learning programs.

Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, Adobe Certified Professional, or comparable industry certifications are preferred.
Education
-
Bachelorβs degree in education, instructional design, business administration, information systems, project management, computer science, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of professional experience, technical expertise, and education.

Professional training, certifications, or demonstrated experience in Adobe Workfront may be accepted in place of a specific degree.

Relevant Adobe certifications, instructional credentials, or project-management certifications are preferred but not required.
