Role Description

This part-time remote position is in Post University’s online accelerated degree program (ADP). Applicable terminal degrees are required. The university reserves the right to fill positions as necessary under this posting. Qualifications

• A directly related doctoral-level degree is required.
• College teaching experience (two or more years) is desired with the ability to teach students online using Blackboard.
• Desire to experience 21st-century models of teaching and learning.
• Possess integrity and work ethic.
• Has superior relationship-building skills with students or other associates.
• Demonstrates affinity for the mission of higher education.
• Has computer and systems usage competency. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, R and Power BI are desired.
• Possess the flexibility to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• All associate faculty members for this role must have at least a terminal degree and significant experience in their area of instruction.
• Each Associate Faculty member must have college transcripts (official) on file with Associate Experience/Human Resources to be considered for employment.
• Each Associate Faculty member will also complete a training session before his/her first teaching assignment at Post University.
