[Hiring] Associate Education Program Manager - Consultant @Hudson Global Scholars

Role Description

This is a contract consulting position. The Associate Program Manager plays an integral role within our Program Management team, reporting directly to the Lead Program Manager. This role supports the day-to-day execution of assigned programs, from successful launch through ongoing life cycle support, while working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner schools to deliver high-quality education services aligned with our mission.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor program launches and life cycle support following established standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and operations, to ensure effective delivery of Hudson Global Scholars-branded products and services to partner schools.
• Contribute to best practices and consistent program management processes, both domestically and internationally.
• Use our CRM system to track and enhance customer interactions and program management.
• Support technology implementation at school sites by building strong working relationships with site coordinators.
• Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and help implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Collaborate on academic and programmatic plans that ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support optimal Program Manager-to-account ratios for efficient, high-quality service.
• Partner with other Program Managers to manage seasonal demands during launches and enrollment periods.
• Contribute to partner annual plans and long-term goals.
• Embrace a client-facing, customer-centric culture within the Program Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Entry-level experience or internship in project or program management; education industry exposure highly preferred.
• Familiarity with online programs, program launches, and technology implementation at school sites.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in program management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Greek, English, and one additional language (Spanish or French).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality.
