Role Description
As an Associate Academy Content Consultant, you will join the broader Customer Experience Group. You will be an integral part of the Academy team, which functions as our internal product education provider. Your role will be to support the creation of educational content that empowers Bloomreach users through intuitive onboarding and ongoing product education - helping them become independent users of our Bloomreach Solutions.
Working closely with senior Content Consultants and Operational Specialists, you will apply foundational instructional design principles to develop engaging learning materials. You will contribute to projects from start to finish under the guidance of experienced team members, while bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for learning.
We'll provide the tools, resources, and mentorship to set you up for success - this is a great opportunity to build your content development skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You can work from anywhere in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with offices available in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
As an Academy Content Associate, your job will be to:

Support the design and development of learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, quizzes, and other supporting resources - under the direction of senior team members.

Assist in collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and support the definition of learning objectives.

Apply foundational instructional design principles as guided by the team, and contribute ideas for improvement.

Support video post-production coordination with our external vendor, assisting with production schedules and brand consistency checks.

Contribute to cross-departmental collaboration efforts to support product adoption and knowledge sharing.

Assist with portfolio-level initiatives including modularization and learning journey development.

Help maintain a selection of courses, flagging areas for improvement and executing updates as directed.

Qualifications

Strong command of English (B2+)
