Role Description
تقديم تعليم ودعم تعلّمي للطلاب، مع تطبيق منهجيات تدريس فعّالة في العربية والإنجليزية، وقياس التقدم وتطوير خطط التحسين لضمان تحقيق أهداف التعلم.
Key Performance Indicators
- تخطيط دروس وفق أهداف تعلم محددة
- رفع مستوى التحصيل في الاختبارات الفصلية
- تقديم تقويم وتحسين مستمر للطلاب
- إدارة صف فعّالة وبيئة تعليمية داعمة
- تطوير موارد تعليمية ثنائية اللغة
Qualifications
- خبرة في التدريس أو العمل التعليمي
- إتقان العربية والإنجليزية
- القدرة على إعداد خطط الدروس
- إجادة استراتيجيات التقويم والتغذية الراجعة
- يفضّل شهادة تربوية/تعليمية ذات صلة

- إعداد خطط الدروس
- تصميم أنشطة تعليمية
- التقويم وإعداد الاختبارات
- إدارة الموارد التعليمية الرقمية (اختياري)
- مهارات تواصل وتعليم قوية
- صبر وتفهم احتياجات المتعلمين

- التعاون مع أولياء الأمور/الزملاء
- التحفيز وبناء الثقة
