Role Description

This is a remote position.

What this role is about:

• Delivering aptitude training that prepares students to clear quantitative and problem-solving screening rounds at companies.

What you'll spend your time on:

• Training & Instruction: Conduct live learning sessions across beginner and advanced aptitude topics while helping students build confidence in solving quantitative problems using mental maths.
• Diagnosing Student Gaps: Review student performance and identify whether errors come from concept gaps, calculation speed, question misreading, or test anxiety. Design targeted interventions for specific problems.
• Improving Learning Experiences: Continuously refine curriculum, projects, assessments, and classroom experiences based on student outcomes, hiring partner feedback, and evolving industry expectations.
• Mentoring Students: Guide students through doubt-solving sessions, assessments, and interview preparation while helping them develop structured quantitative and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience teaching, training, or preparing students for aptitude assessments.
• Ability to teach non-math students without assuming prior knowledge.
• Experience designing original question sets with deliberate trap design.
• Diagnostic thinking: ability to identify the root cause of a student's error pattern quickly.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity to continuously learn and improve.

Requirements

• Help students clear aptitude screens at top agencies and brands at a meaningfully higher rate.
• Enable students to know which question types to attempt first, skip, or guess on under timed conditions.
• Assist students in overcoming fear of quantitative problems and viewing them as pattern-matching exercises.
• Encourage students to explain their quantitative reasoning out loud when challenged in an interview.
