Role Description

Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) is an international educational platform that helps business professionals and organizations navigate AI-driven transformation. We are looking for a senior AI for Sales Teaching Expert with direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry, hands-on knowledge of AI applications for sales, and a strong understanding of the Latin American business environment. Professional experience in Chile is strongly preferred.

You will design and deliver live virtual sessions for sales teams and sales managers, focusing on practical applications of AI across the sales cycle. Topics will include:

• Lead qualification
• Personalized outreach
• Sales forecasting
• CRM and workflow automation
• AI-assisted client communication

Your role will be to turn these topics into practical and relevant learning experiences, adapt examples and case studies to the insurance and brokerage context, guide participants through real sales scenarios, evaluate their progress, and provide constructive feedback. You will also collaborate with Customer Success and Program teams to ensure that the content supports the client’s business goals.

What you will do:

• Design and deliver live virtual sessions on practical AI applications for sales.
• Adapt the learning content to insurance and brokerage sales cycles, customer relationships, and regional business practices.
• Demonstrate practical AI-supported sales workflows through relevant tools, exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Provide examples and use cases relevant to insurance sales teams in Latin America.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Program teams to align the learning experience with client goals.
• Keep the program current with AI tools and trends relevant to sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry.
• Professional experience working in Latin America; experience in Chile is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience teaching, training, facilitating, or mentoring sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of practical AI applications and tools relevant to sales workflows.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate how AI can support lead qualification, personalized outreach, sales forecasting, and client communication.
• Native-level Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Confidence delivering live virtual instruction to groups.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and participant-feedback skills.

Requirements

• Experience delivering corporate or B2B training programs (Nice to Have).
• Direct experience in insurance sales or broker relationship management (Nice to Have).
• Experience adapting training materials to a specific client, market, or sales process (Nice to Have).
• Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or comparable AI platforms in a sales context (Nice to Have).
• Current knowledge of AI-supported sales enablement practices and tools (Nice to Have).
• Professional experience in Chile or familiarity with the Chilean insurance market (Nice to Have).
